PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Galvanized Wires are manufactured with high carbon and low carbon wire immersed in molten zinc that produces a fusion between both metals (Fe-Zn), followed by a quick cooling process that guarantees a permanent bright layer. diverse range of wire coatings, includes Zinc Aluminum, Cooper, Electrogalvanized, PVC wire and more.
The surface of hot dipped galvanized steel wire should be smooth,no cracks, joints, spines, scars and rust, galvanized layer uniform, strong adhesion, corrosion resistance durable, toughness and elasticity excellent.The tensile strength should be between 1200Mpa-2200Mpa (silk diameter 0.3mm- 5.5mm). The number of torsion (0.5mm) is more than 20 times, and repeated bending should be more than 13 times.
